This is a house-like building built in 1951 adjacent to the Terry Bros. Excavating Co. at 3320 Republic. The picture below indicates that in 1960 it was the address for Lakeshore Manufacturing Co., which shows up as 3338 Republic in the 1961 directory. Today it appears to be a part of the Ready Rents property.
