This commercial building was built in 1949.
In 1959-64 it was the home of the Super Radiator Coils Corp., which specialized in making heating and cooling coils for industrial and commercial application. The company started in 1948.
In 1964 was owned and operated by R.G. Bredeson. It employed 25 men who worked on punch presses, drills, and assembly operations.
In 1985 the company was listed as a Division of McQuay, Inc.
It was sold in September 2005.
