This house was built in 1893 and was originally numbered 6228.
From at least 1933 to 1956 this was the home of the Frank Werner family.
From at least 1964 to 1968 it was owned by Thomas Simonett.
It belonged to Charlotte J. Burnos from 1985 to 1996.
The current owners purchased the property in 1996.
We are fortunate to have three historic photos of this grand home, although they are undated.
The home is still standing and in excellent condition.
